• Description: After living in Qikiqtarjuaq for 8 years, I consider it my second home. Surrounded by scenic mountains and Davis Strait/Baffin Bay (more known as the Northwest Passage), it is a small community of 450 - 500 people.

• Description: Picture taken inside from plane on my flight to Qikiqtarjuaq, NU, from Pangnirtung, NU. It's not every flight you get to see the 'Pang Pass' on a clear day, so I took the opportunity.

• Description: Sunset in Qikiqtarjuaq, NU, sometime in late July. The big open sea is the Baffin Bay/Davis Strait (more known as the Northwest Passage) and it's an nice view, especially during the summer season when it is ice-free.

• Description: Out on the land during the long-weekend in September. Everybody were still asleep sometime around 6am - 7am and I couldn't resist the icing on the mountain-tops from the background so I took the pic.

• Description: Qikiqtarjuaq, NU, view from the hills behind the community. As you can see it's a paradise for ski-dooing up there. Looking up towards north (Clyde River at least about an hours flight from Qikiqtarjuaq).

• Description: Sea level view heading back to Qikiqtarjuaq, NU. The hills or if you want to call them mountains are a nice touch that compliments the scenery nicely. I call them, "The Humps," because they do look like camel's humps from their back.
